All of our patients get to try the hearing aids at home for around 2 weeks before purchasing to ensure that they are happy with the performance, comfort and overall results. No one is required to pay money until they are happy with the hearing aids and want to keep them.*
Medically trained university qualified practitioners in partnership with your GP and specialists. We identify ear and hearing medical issues as part of the hearing rehabilitation process.
A lot of patients prefer discrete or invisible hearing aids that sit deeply in the ear canal. We are one of the few clinics in Australia that prescribes a large variety of discrete hearing aids that are custom made for each individual ear. Most hearing clinics discourage patients from using hearing aids that sit deeply in the ear canal – we don’t.
We have low overheads and are able to pass on those benefits to our patients. We also believe that the benefits of better hearing should be accessible to everyone.
Latest technology and medical testing methods are used that not only diagnose ear health and the hearing loss but assess the patient’s ability to process speech in the presence of noise. This is a key factor in the length of hearing rehabilitation.
The process to better hearing involves amplification which is provided by hearing aids coupled with the brains ability to understand speech particularly in the presence of noise. Our ongoing care programs provide regular interactions with the patient and ongoing counselling while the ability to understand speech in noise is improving.
